For about a week now, it has been reported that if LeBron were to leave Miami for Cleveland (which he has), Chris Bosh would accept Houston’s max contract offer of 4-years, $88 million.
But things have changed. Since LeBron is gone, that means the Heat can now offer Chris the max of 5-years, $118 million. And that’s exactly what they’re doing according to Adrian Wojarowski of Yahoo!
Chris Bosh is finalizing an agreement to return to Miami on a five-year, $118M deal, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Say what you want, but money talks. Hard to fault Bosh here. He’s willing to stay even though the Bulls are flirting with Wade. In hindsight, Bosh had the most to gain by opting out because at the end of the day, he’ll be making more than LeBron and Wade.
