In all seriousness, Kansas’ Andrew Wiggins could use another year in school to refine his game. By all measures, he wasn’t as impressive in college an we thought he’d be. Towards the end of the regular season and into the Big 12 tournament, he had a couple of strong showings. But all in all, he seemed aggressive every third game or so.
But that doesn’t mean he still shouldn’t leave. It would be in his best financial interest to leave school for the NBA draft this year and that’s exactly what he’s reportedly set to do on Monday, according to SI and ESPN. Kansas has staged a 3pm ET press conference for Monday, March 3 where this is expected to be made official.
Once thought to be the next LeBron, after watching him for a year at Kansas, he’s more Paul George.
