The NFL’s NFC East is hands down the best division in all of sports. Why, you ask? Can you name another division where every game is must-see TV, and every team hates the next? Not on this level, anyway.
Today, Jeremy Maclin of the Philadelphia Eagles tore his ACL and is gone for the year. One player who knows all about torn ACLs is Robert Griffin III of the Redskins. The Eagles and Redskins hate each other, but upon learning of Maclin’s injury, Griffin showed his human side and tweeted some encouraging words to Maclin.
We may be on rival teams @jmac_18 but we are still human and I sent prayers up for you brother along with all others injured today

Hopefully Redskins fans see the good in this and don’t think Griffin has watered-down the rivalry.
