Remember Robert Swift? He was one of the last guys to declare for the NBA Draft straight out of high school, before the “one and done” rule was put into place. Swift was drafted 12th overall by the Seattle SuperSonics in the 2004 draft. Part of the reason he was noted was because he was the first (and only) white player to make that jump from high school.
I was never sold on the 7’1″ Swift’s talent, and as it turned out, he never panned out in the NBA.
Last week, we got word that Swift’s house was being foreclosed, but he refused to leave it. Well, he eventually left it and today we got a glimpse of what was left behind. Swift hasn’t been interviewed in quite a while, but judging by the video below courtesy of Komo News, he appears to be a depressed individual. It’s almost sad. Good thing he didn’t hurt himself or anyone else.
