Robert Griffin III is a lightning rod. He has instantly become a household name and has steered the Redskins to the 3rd best offense in the NFL. So you’d assume everybody knows his name and who he is. Well, you’d hope that people who work for the Redskins do, at least.
This afternoon, while on a conference call with New York media, as the Redskins get set to take on the Giants this Sunday, a member of Washington’s PR team introduced Robert Griffin III as “Robert Griffin, Jr.”
I wonder if anyone then said, “Can we speak to his son instead?” And this is someone from PR; as in public relations. Interesting
Funny: Redskins PR introduced “Robert Griffin Jr” on a conference call with NY media. I think we were hoping to talk to the next generation.
