After a 162-game marathon of a season, a 5-game playoff seems silly. And don’t even get me started on that 1-game foolishness they just introduced. Each round should be 7-games, but I digress.

The Cincinnati Reds went on the road (for some strange reason) and beat the Giants in both games to take a commanding 2-0 series lead before returning home for 3 games. And wouldn’t you know it; the Giants came all the way back as the road team won every game. Go figure.

The Giants won the series thanks in part to Buster Posey’s Grand Slam in Game 5. But check out the Reds’ catcher’s reaction as soon as Posey makes contact. Classic:
