Yesterday, Robert Griffin III proved that he’s worth the hype. He played a very poised game en route to leading his Redskins to a 40-32 win over the Saints; the most points Washington has scored in about 7 years.
His celebrity took off months ago, but has officially reached new heights. After he threw his first touchdown pass of his career to Pierre Garcon, Griffin was knocked to the ground but still managed to watch the play unfold after Garcon outran a Saints defender. He watched it from the seat of his pants like this:
