An athlete getting arrested for DUI is so common place that we yawn at the news nowadays. But to get at DUI a few hours a game is pretty impressive.

Last night, the Atlanta Falcons beat the Denver Broncos 27-21 on Monday Night Football, and Atlanta running back, Michael Turner was arrested for DUI afterwards, at about 5 a.m. The game ended at about midnight.

Two things come to mind: 1) Did he start drinking during the game to become that inoxicated to where he’d be that drunk a mere few hours after the game? And 2) Now we know why his production has dropped off as much as it has.
