I’ve been saying for a while that I fail to believe Terrell Owens has nothing left in the tank. Apparently, the Seattle Seahawks feel the same way.
Terrell Owens will try out for the Seahawks on Monday, which is a players’ day off during training camp. Dave Mahler of KJR Sports Radio was first to report that Owens was traveling to Seattle. The team subsequently confirmed Owens would be trying out with the team on Monday.
Owens did not play in the league last season as he recovered from a left knee injury that required surgery. He caught 72 passes for the Bengals in 2010. Cincinnati was his third team in three years. He played for the Cowboys in 2008, Buffalo in 2009 and then Cincinnati.
