At this stage of his career, the only thing Jason Kidd brings to the Knicks is a level of respectability. That’s not a knock on Kidd at all because I think it’s remarkable that he’s still performing that the level he is.
The Knicks have been a punchline for far too long, but since Kidd is so respected around the League, hopefully he will change that. Now, don’t get me wrong, Kidd can still play, but I would temper my expectations a bit. Plus, I still fully expect them to retain Jeremy Lin. And perhaps bring in Raymond Felton too.
