The ink was barely dried on Jason Kidd’s contract with the Knicks when he wrapped his SUV around a pole because he was driving drunk. He’s lucky to be alive. Well, Kidd has spoken out and has offered an apology for his decisions:

I regret any disruption my accident last weekend may have caused members of the community and want to thank the local authorities.
