Yankees’ Joba Chamberlain Discloates Ankle on Trampoline

When Joba Chamberlain first burst on the scene several years back, he was tabbed as the next best thing. From his Roger Clemens-esque delivery (in my opinion) to his overpowering stuff, the Yankees looked like they were in good shape. But things haven’t gone as smoothly. Chamberlain has undergone his share of injuries and his production hasn’t been as projected. Now there’s this. Joba apparently dislocated his ankle while playing with his son on a trampoline at a children’s recreation center. The New York Daily News is reporting that he lost so much blood (since his bone broke his skin) that his life was in danger.
